Is free really free?
Yes. 5 groups and 10 passbooks cost nothing, forever. No card, no trial clock, no sales call. It exists for the collector starting out alone.
Is there a free trial on the paid tiers?
Yes. Starter, Professional and Enterprise each come with a 30-day trial before billing starts. Freebie has no trial clock because it never expires.
What happens when I outgrow a limit?
You’ll see it coming. Quotas are visible in the console, and upgrading moves nothing. Same system, same ledger, same records.
Can I buy more SMS?
Yes. SMS comes in credit bundles with a custom sender name, and the system warns you before you run low.
Will you help me move my records?
Yes. Bulk import handles member lists and balances, and there is a migration service for bringing an existing book across. “I already have 400 members on paper” is the objection we hear most. It’s solved.
