Do points cost me anything?
Points are a rule you configure, with no payment behind them. Only the tier discounts you choose to offer affect fees.
Can I switch loyalty off?
Yes. It is a module. Leave it off and nothing about it appears to members.
Can rules differ by product?
Rules are set at the organisation level and apply to on-time payments across products.
